HIV Positive Sex Worker Needs Assessment Project Concludes

- Scarlet Alliance has been funded by the Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF) via the AIDS Trust to conduct a HIV positive sex worker needs assessment over the past year.
- The last report on the needs of HIV positive sex workers in Australia was around fifteen years ago. This project was long overdue and the subsequent reports and recommendations will assist the entire HIV sector and all sex worker organisations and services to better meet the needs of HIV positive sex workers - part of our community.
- Scarlet Alliance will be presenting the project outcomes at a meeting in Sydney, 18th July 2008
