"Prostitution Amendment Regulation" Queensland August 2007

This is the last section of a year of prostitution legislation amendments that went through Queensland Parliament from August 07 to August 07. It includes the health certificate increase from 6 weeks to 3 monthly intervals. And also got some changes to the advertising law (13A) including preventing links from sex work websites to any other site except that of another sex industry advertisement. This would mean it is a criminal offence for sex workers to link to the Scarlet Alliance website.
