A PRIVATE investigator who visited the illegal Roseville brothel at 100 Pacific Highway reported that working girls did not use condoms and the premises were filthy.

The investigator's report revealed that two Asian women working there charged $70 for a 30-minute "full service".

On August 11 last year, the detective went to the address and was greeted by a "mama-san with brown teeth".

"On the menu today was (a) tall one and small one, according to the mama-san ... I told the mama-san I wanted to see the small girl for the half-hour full service," the report said.

The investigator described his "dismay" at being joined by Yoko, a sex worker.

He said the room had a lounge chair, a massage table and a mirror.

"At this point, she informs me she has no condoms.

"Because she has no condoms, it is going to cost me $20 extra."

The investigator said the premises were dirty.

"The bath looked like it had not been cleaned for a week.

"Soap was littered around the edge of the bath.

"Yoko (said) if I came back next week, she would charge me $60.

"Summing up 100 Pacific Highway, it is still a very third-rate, much disorganised, very unhygienic whorehouse where sex is pushed on you from the moment you arrive."

Three days later, the same investigator went to 68 Pacific Highway, where he was met by a "40-odd-year-old mama-san".

The reports on the illegal premises spared little detail.

However The Sunday Telegraph has chosen not to report the more graphic aspects of the sex acts performed.
