Scarlet Alliance has a partnership project in Timor Leste with $carlet Timor Collective, the sex worker network, and Fundasaun Timor Hari'i (FTH), a local non-governmental organisation that works with communities to help prevent the transmission of HIV and STIs. There are two sex worker staff employed in-country.
